Create an admin/moderator interface to view all post files associated with a FaPost to debug the history of how and when the post was scanned, including file changes and scan timestamps

Acceptance Criteria

• Admin users can access a dedicated debug interface for FaPost files
• All post files associated with a FaPost are displayed chronologically
• File metadata includes scan timestamps and change reasons
• Interface shows file differences and what triggered re-scans
• Access is restricted to admin/moderator users only
• Debug information is comprehensive and easy to understand
