Description
Modify the 'Page scanned' links on user pages to navigate to a page that lists all page scans for that user, rather than just displaying the most recent scan
Acceptance Criteria
- Page scanned links navigate to a comprehensive scan history page
- Scan history page displays all scans for the user chronologically
- Each scan entry shows scan date and relevant metadata
- Most recent scan is clearly highlighted or positioned at top
- Page includes navigation back to the user page
- Scan history is paginated if there are many scans
- Historical scan data is displayed in a clear and organized manner
